Liked: Absolutely nothing about the hotel. Great restaurant down the street for good food and service.
Disliked: Upon check in the person (KPatel - Female) could not speak enough English to be understood. Told me You can't smoke. I told her I did not smoke, then she added No one in your room can smoke. I told her no one smoked. Once entering the room we noticed only 3 towels for 4 people. We went to dinner as no one was at the desk when we went back down. When we came back we politely asked (A male at the dest -no name tag) for another towel. We were told "It is my policy. All rooms have 4 towels. It is my policy and it is how it is. " We politely left and returned to the room. Re-counted the towels and found only 3 (reservation for 4). Tried to call desk from room. Phone plugged in but dead. My husband went down to get a towel. The male at the dest started the same "My Policy" speech. My husband told him that there is only 3 towels, regardless of your policy. The manager then said people put them in bags and leave with them, so I only put 4 in each room. My husband then asked if he was being accused of steeling a towel, and the manages said "well, 50/50". My husband was upset and the person at the desk gave him one towel and said - "I give you one this time". "I don't want drama". My husband returned to the room after that. We then looked up Google reviews of this hotel and found that bad, non-professional treatment of guests was common at this hotel. Tired from driving all day we stayed. Bed ok. The next morning looked at the "Included Breakfast" A real Horror show. Dried, baked on food on the food containers. OJ- barely tinted water, bread wrapped in plastic wrap, not tidy. Everything looked like yesterdays food re-heated. Nothing in professional type containers -house type crock pots, dirt. We did not eat there. Found bugs in the room (Stink Bugs) when we got up in the morning.
