Disliked: The room had an odor. We bought air freshener it smelt so bad. The room was on the small side. The refigerator did not get cold. Desk lamp did not work. The first room we were put in had a broken toilet. Water from the toilet was the bathroom floor. The breakfast was terrible.

Liked: The pillows are soft
Disliked: Beware- their new policy could be a disaster. We arrived after midnight only to learn the hotel now requires a $100 security deposit in CASH ONLY if you don’t book directly through the hotel. I don’t carry cash. I didn’t have an ATM card. The money I paid for the room was non-refundable and we were exhausted. Fortunately my teen daughter has a debit card and had enough money to withdraw $100 for the deposit.

Liked: The room was large and had a desk and two chairs (important for us.) The breakfast was typical for motels and hotels. The coffee was very good and the woman attending was helpful.
Disliked: They were in the process of cleaning all of the rugs in the whole hotel and the smell of chemicals bothered us.

Bad

Disliked: My ironing board was dirty I can’t describe how bad. I took pictures I’ve had this same problem with the choice hotel chain before.
