Skwachàys Lodge is a nice...

Liked: Staff were open, friendly, responsive, and helpful.The homemade yogurt with huckleberries at breakfast was outstanding.The rooms were basic, but very clean.The beds were comfortable.I loved the artwork throughout the hotel.
Disliked: Learning when and how to use of the key card and fob was frustrating at first.The in-room TVs did not work.Finding long-term parking (one week) was a major problem and the staff were unable to help us with that.

Bad

Liked: I did not get to stay here. We were delayed by a traffic accident. I informed the hotel staff hours on advance and they provided an after hours phone number for me to call when we arrived at the property. I arrived at the property at midnight, with my teenager son. I called the after hours number 11 times but it went straight to voicemail. In the interests of personal safety, I left this property and stayed at another hotel. I have contacted the property - they have apologised and offered me a refund. I am waiting for conformation that this refund has been processed.

The hotel is non profit...

Liked: The Rooms were nice and the staff are terrific Also the rooftop patio was great overall a pleasent stay
Disliked: The Shower had very low water pressure so it was hard to get wet The area has alot of homeless so thats kind of sad
