Liked: The room was spacious, functional, clean. Personnel was friendly and eager to help.
Disliked: We had to ask for a refill of complimentary coffee capsules on day 2. They were not replenished otherwise.

Ok location, over priced, not 4star, dated

Liked: Room was spacious. Lots of restaurant choices around
Disliked: Nightclub downstairs noisy. Pool area not open yet, one tiny lounge area. Noisy as could hear people in other rooms. Felt dusty and dated. Not impressed they charge resort fees for wifi basically as there were no other perks in hotel. Should have followed my gut and booked elsewhere. $1600 plus for 4 nights WITHOUT breakfast is a rip off

Good value, good location.

Liked: Location was great and walkable to what we needed. Daytime staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room was described as King + Twin, but instead there was a sofa bed, which we were trying to avoid. Room lacked pillows and blankets for sofa bed as well as enough coffee pods for 3 people. Housekeeping was short staffed, so amenities took almost an hour to be delivered.
