Liked: Location is good and the restaurant on site is excellent.
Disliked: We had a room on the main floor next to the public bathroom’s which was noisy from people going in and out. The people in the room next to ours were very loud and at 1:45 am when they came back from the night out played loud music that woke us up. Thankfully there was a fan in the room that drowned out most of the noise. The room was not very clean, I dropped something on the floor and it went under the bed and it was very dirty, you can tell that it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The underground parkade was very dirty with loads of gravel and dirt. We had stayed there before and this time we were very disappointed.

Liked: We booked a suite during the April off season and the price was excellent. The kitchen was extremely well appointed with anything you would need to prepare your own meals. The living room seating (couch and two chairs) was very comfortable. The suite was pleasantly large. It also included underground parking which was appreciated during the snow that fell during the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A very minor issue was the fact that the underground parking was very very dirty. Once you wheeled your suitcase to your car, the wheels were covered with cement dust which found its way into your car. Again, a minor first-world problem.

Very comfy, cozy and welcoming!

Liked: I loved the room. It was very cozy and warm. The suite was very spacious as well and was equipped with laundry and a full functioning kitchen! The staff were very pleasant and it was in a great location. We will definitely return!
Disliked: We liked everything!
