Nice location but not a fan of the horrible customer service

Pros: The hotel is beautiful

Cons: The staff sucked they gave us a room that was already occupied and the restaurant had hair on my key lime pie

It was a quiet very nice neighborhood. It offered an alternative to the hussle and bussle of ocean drive and alot less expensive. The drive to the beach was about 40 minutes but that was fine for us. The Decor of the hotel was beautiful. I only wish we could have gotten a room where the view was the beautiful gardens by the pool(Our room view was the parking lot and the dumpster. Even that did not spoil how great the hotel was!!! Great trip

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was awesome. We loved the nice little shops, movie theater, ice cream shop, and a variety of food places all in walking distance. There was also security late night.

Nice room, good location, friendly staff and a very good value for money spent.

Pros: Great room in a great area of Miami convenient to customer location.

Cons: It was huge. Navigating the parking lots and roads around the area was a bit difficult but once I learned this was fine. Also, restaurants around hotel closed a bit early for my tastes.
