Liked: Convenient for overnight stay. Food options within walking distance.
Disliked: They used to have a restaurant on site with a very good breakfast. The restaurant is now closed and for sale. They should have at least coffee and muffins or fruit available in the lobby. They have a large area they could use for that.

Liked: Me and my kids enjoyed staying here!! They especially liked going to the pool! The sauna was very relaxing, and we all had a great time! Definitely a great place to stay and definitely going to stay again!

Disliked: Was disappointed that the restaurant was closed and no morning breakfast or even coffee offered, other than what was in the room.

Perfect location. Clean and quiet.

Doesn’t live up to expectstions

Disliked: The microwave did not work and had to be replaced. When we requested a freshening of the room to have them take out the trash and replace the towels we were told we weren’t there long enough to have that done. They gave us one washcloth, hand towel and towel for a four day stay. One washcloth is not enough to shower and then have one for your face for four days. They messed up our dates and when I asked to extend, I was told that somebody had already extended us an extra day and that I did not need to pay anything. The next day I got a call telling me that my stay was extended, but they needed to have me pay because it wasn’t paid for. They couldn’t make up their mind which one it was. When I asked for more coffee packets because we were there for four days and only had two the person was rather annoyed. the spa did not work, the treadmill did not work, the restaurant was closed, and there was no breakfast in the morning. The only option we had was to walk to McDonald’s or Burger King.

Liked: The location was good, the room was good, but we booked our group based on the Restaurant, lounge and continental breakfast. The restaurant was closed (for lease) the lounge was closed (for lease) the breakfast was closed and no coffee in the lobby etc. also the hot tub and pool were closed. None of this was told on the booking site or when we called. I would have paid more and stayed elsewhere if I had known. There was no one at the front desk each time we came into the lobby. The rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: No staff in the lobby, no coffee or continental breakfast, the restaurant and lounge in the hotel were closed permanently and the hot tub pool area was out of order. None of this was made aware on the website while booking our group.
