Liked: You can order room service straight to the indoor pool and jacuzzi!

Would not stay there again.

Great place just needs help

Liked: I always love the location. Also the Jacuzzis and swimming pool .
Disliked: My room was a beautiful room 😍 jetted tub inside. Great side door that opens up to the river and just straight gorgeous and worth the price but my biggest issues were. Dirty tub had debris iside and dead bug o top of ac until and dead bugs in the windows along with a few Flys. I understand thing get dirty but you could just tell that there was no way anyone ran through the room to double check its cleanliness before the guest enter. Also leaves and dirt debris were on the carpet . Could have been swept vacuumed and wiped down. Also the toilet was cover in poop like someone prior had diarrhea and Noone cleaned the toilet . ALSO no type of breakfast. My coffee pot had been dirty also and some outlets and hair dryer didn't work .

Good last minute book

Liked: Nice pool/hot tub/sauna. Great service desk. Easy check in and out.
Disliked: Phone didn't work and lights in bathroom didn't work. It was a last minute booking and we were only there one night so didn't bother to pursue getting it corrected

The room layout is great

Liked: We liked that there was a jetted tub. My husband had knee surgery so he was looking forward to it. We like the river view and fireplace. It's a spacious room.
Disliked: The bed was really lumpy. Not a comfortable bed at all. There was a partial roll of toilet paper and we didn't notice there was no extra roll. There was someone's left over soap in the shower so I don't think the room was really cleaned.

Liked: When I arrived to check in I waited at the front desk for over 30 min and did not see anyone around and I had already been on the road for several hours and this was approx 1030 pm if I couldn't get help I didn't want to risk staying there. I would not stay there.

Don’t stay here. The rooms...

Disliked: Dirty rooms, giant hole in sofa bed mattress, garbage on sofa bed mattress, towels for two when we had four on the reservation, no sheets or blankets for sofa bed, broken shower door, no lightbulb in the lamp, no smoke detector where there should have been one and random wires sticking out of the ground. Office manager was very rude and difficult to talk to. We did not feel safe here.
