Liked: Room was beautiful, large and comfortable beds. Front desk staff is amazing - friendly, smiling faces greeting us and had fun interactions throughout our stay. Full size, high quality toiletries to use, no tiny bottles with not enough and so much plastic
Disliked: Hallway floors were a little dirty around the edges. That's all the negative I got!

We love the West Des...

Liked: Very clean and inviting as always! The front desk clerk was awesome!
Disliked: We ate the breakfast buffet. It has always been excellent on past visits. We got down to breakfast around 9AM on this visit. Oatmeal was almost gone, one of the meat selections was empty. Both didn't get refilled either. Also, food wasn't hot.

Comfortable and quiet, a very...

Liked: Ease of access to location. Everything I saw was clean in hotel and staff was very helpful. I locked myself out of my room without my access key and ID. I was escorted from the front desk by security with a new key. They accessed the room and viewed my ID before leaving making sure it was actually my room they had let me into.
Disliked: NOTHING to give a bad review for
