Really happy with my stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable with simple but elegant decor. The location was very convenient, just one block from subway Q line, so easy access to uptown Manhattan (15 minute subway ride to Central Park and Times Square).

Liked: Friendly, accommodating staff. Good location. Clean and safe.

Liked: The room and bathroom were large. I expected it to be a good size since I had booked the large room but it was even larger than expected.
Disliked: Our room was on the side of the hotel and it was very windy so you could hear the wind coming through the crack in the window. It sounded like a train whistle off in the distance. Also, through no fault of the hotel, construction started on the front street & they were working all night. You only heard them if a truck was backing up but it was enough to be an annoyance.
