The manager was rather uncooperative and didn't have a decent explanation as to why his employees would say one thing and he acted like he had never even heard of a complimentary breakfast before. Might sound petty but $65 for breakfast plus tip isn't petty to me. Terrible management and uninformative staff turned my nice night into a terrible morning.

Disliked: Employees and management aren't on the same page with things and false information was given to me about the "complimentary breakfast". Had I known it was $15 a person I would have gone elsewhere.

Superb

It’s a decent hotel but...

Liked: Food was good and location is nice as well.
Disliked: Customer services was not great at all we spend one night waiting until 3 am trying to get some clean sheets to the room and we were calling and calling and they never came we had to sleep with our kids on the bed. Not great at all. Also we had a broken coffee maker and they never came to bring a new one like they said they would.

Liked: The friendliest of the people an staff.An I was able to go work out at the gym.
Disliked: We paid almost 500 dollars for the room an wasn't able to get up an eat for free!!!!I think dogs should be off limits.

Liked: The staff at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I ordered some extra towels with Guest Services and they were there, literally, within 7 minutes of my request.There was a gentleman who bought me some towels, who was very pleasant.
Disliked: I could have had extra towels in my room. And my view wasn't good at all. I was on the second floor
