Liked: Convenient to Red Hat. The staff were really helpful and very kind.
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated - everything was in marginal condition. The carpet is really dirty and stained, as were the headboards.

Liked: Perfect location for Walnut Creek.
Disliked: Rooms not kept to standards of a 4 star hotel; poor quality of decor.

Super comfy beds. Great old city feel. Restaurant and bar was very lively; great vibes; great staff!

Disliked: Cold hallways.

The rooms are nice but the bathroom is small. Hotel does not compare favorably with other Sheratons, Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton Inn.

Disliked: The hotel cleaning staff and their lack of professionalism left a lot to be desired.Twice attempting to enter the room to clean it without knocking assuming I’d left and was the only patron.

Disliked: The hair in the bathroom. I’m unsure if it was the last guest or the person who cleaned the room. It was more than just the random hair.
