Great Hotel!

Liked: Great standard of service from all the team.
Disliked: The two rooms on 4th floor had a slight odour to them otherwise all clean and comfortable.

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: Terrible checking, checkout experience. Major maste of time trying to find booking, sort out wrong billing, incorrect room charges, getting a copy of invoice, multiple times standing in queue to get someone in charge to correct my billing. Never recommend for a stay where the sense of timing is important.

Liked: The hotel is very nice. The rooms are great. Beds and pillows are perfect! Food is very good. Convient to have Starbucks in the lobby.
Disliked: It was just missing more staff, it’s a very big place and no one around to ask questions.
