Liked: Room was beautiful and updated, great views. Great price. Concierge Jack was great and Rhealyn at the front desk very helpful
Disliked: Room service forgot to pickup order, could have more info in room about services like food and activities

Disliked: The breakfast was included with Booking,unfortunately we had to pay 127 cad extra for it at Check out, and the Basic Price was approx. 80 cad higher than with Booking,Never Seen before

Great stay

Liked: The room and the view were beautiful, it was such a great stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and the housekeeping staff were lovely and very accommodating.
Disliked: The only small thing that was a little annoying was that there was always a wait at the lifts. There was a couple out of service I think, which was evident with it being such a busy few days, as we had to wait for a lift down for 10 mins at some points.

It was not the experience...

Liked: The breakfast was great. Food was fresh and delicious. The view and location was amazing. We could see over the falls and surrounding areas.
Disliked: When we first checked in we noticed the room was extremely small and not much area to walk around. We also had our kids so we needed more space. There was a baby with a playpen and a 4 and 8 yrs old.
