Nice hotel, but housekeeping started knocking at the door at 10 a.m. and then every 30 minutes til we left. Checkout was before noon. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Disliked: Crowded.

Liked: Location and view on the elevator. Beautiful view inside the hotel.
Disliked: Checking in was long no room were ready.

Disliked: Our room wasnt ready by check in time and the lady at the front desk was pretty rude about my questions about that. But the check out lady was a gem!

Liked: Room clean and comfy. Door man was AWSOME!Restaurant staff and food was great.
Disliked: Asked for a view of Memphis verafied it with the rude front desk then got a view of the lobby above the Bar and Restaurant. Very loud in our room until closing. Ck in Staff/front desk not helpful, gave us wrong information when asked questions. In general acted like we were bothering them.

Liked: I loved the high corner room I was placed in . The view overlooking downtown Memphis at night was breathtaking!!
Disliked: Parking was expensive for no reason.

Disliked: The facilities were closed due to construction and I wasn’t told when I checked in. I had to stumble on it myself. The restaurant was awful. For the prices they’re charging my food shouldn’t have been both stale and cold. The restaurant staff was amazing
