The hotel shuttled us out to the Fox Theater; the room service was amazing; very clean; staff was very friendly; I would stay again.

Gracious, welcoming, friendly staff, from the valet parking gentlemen all the way to housekeeping...we had just put down our suitcases when housekeeping was at the door asking if everything was alright with the room. Clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the amenities. The attention to detail was noticed and greatly appreciated. We have already booked another night there!

Liked: Rooms were fine, clean, did the job.
Disliked: There is a new trend at Marriott/Sheraton properties to charge for parking in a non urban location with an empty parking lot. They claim it is so non hotel members won’t park there but rather than get hotel guests something to put on their dash to differentiate us, they penalize guests by making you pay to park in their empty lot. Beyond shameful.

Liked: Large rooms, gym adequate. Second stay.
Disliked: It is farther from Claremont colleges than preferred but it is quite clean, comfortable and has a gym. However overnight parking is $17.00 which seems excessive for the property’s location.
