This is a modern, clean hotel in the downtown core. Close to many great restaurants and nightlife.

Liked: Clean. Great security. Attention to detail.
Disliked: The underground parking should have been included in the price.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were clean and the linens clean. The beds were very comfortable and we would stay again when in Hamilton.

Liked: Service, staff, rooms, beds (excellent).
Disliked: Nothing.

Wasn't a very well kept hotel. We ordered room service and put it out in the hall and it stayed there for over 12 hours (and we had been dropped a bill under the door for our stay). No fridge or microwave in the room was weird, but service was pretty good.

Liked: Location was great; pool access was nice.
Disliked: No fridge in room. Extra charge for wifi and parking.

Liked the stay. Very comfortable. Walking distance to theater and parking. The price was too high with all the hidden costs.

Liked: Very clean; friendly and informed.
Disliked: Extra for parking, WIFI, and other hidden costs; water bottles left in room.

Hotel is clean & staff is friendly. I was very surprised that the parking, internet and even bottled water left in the room came at extra charges. Most hotels in todays age have free WIFI and parking is included. With the cost of rooms at this hotel you would think those would be included. I have also stayed at lower cost hotels that include a continental breakfast. The only breakfast in the hotel is at the restaurant & very expensive. The hotel location did give very easy access to the concert we were going to see at Hamilton Place Theatre. That was a plus as it was a very short walk and we did not have to try to track down a taxi at the end of the night.

Liked: Clean, friendly staff & location
Disliked: Extra charges for parking, wifi. No reasonable or continental breakfast in hotel.
