Rooms should be checked completely by staff or supervisors to ensure adequate supplies are in order and equipment is operational.

Liked: Comfortable beds; clean rooms.
Disliked: Telephone in room wasn't working. No soap or body wash in the room. Took over 2 hours to get an extra towel, this included 2 trips to the Front Desk, 23 floors down.

We only spent the night but it was very expensive and no amenities because we did not reserve directly through them. Quite a punishment.

Liked: Clean sheets.
Disliked: Hotel nickled and pennied us. No access to WiFi because we did not reserve directly so we had to pay $15.00 for the access of one night. They also charged for parking which was not on the premises but around the corner.
