The visit was pretty chill

Liked: Quiet, clean, hotel is kept up nicely.
Disliked: Only complaint was room 845 the shower head had some build up of hard water. So the water wasn’t coming out fully or was partly spraying. For the price I paid, should been working better with better water pressure.

Nice property let down by...

Liked: Clean rooms in good location for the conference I weas attending.
Disliked: Double charged of what was already a very high price. Staff not willing to look at it straight away and still awaiting a refund.

Nice to stay, but pay...

Liked: Very close to restaurants & Chase Field. Room clean, modern. Bed & pillows comfortable.
Disliked: Booked king size bed, but was given room with 2 smaller beds and wasn't notified by staff at check-in. I found out once I got to the room. Because we had tickets to concert, there wasn't time to discuss. Also, upon arrival, we were told there was no parking left for guests staying due to an event and were given a ticket with instructions to park across the street and that the fee would be waived. However, after checkout the following morning, we got charged $25 for keeping the car in the designated parking area overnight.

Liked: Excellent location in mid town and very close to Phoenix convention center, excellent and very friendly staff who were very supportive. Miss Sarah in the reception was of great help. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I took a room with club access, and that made a big difference. The club was very comfortable with excellent food provided for breakfast. Thank you all

Liked: Location, food, cleanliness - all good.
Disliked: Misleading “food vouchers” - they give you $25 daily f&b credit which they would charge anyway as “urban fee” per day. That’s generally great but at Booking.com they marked this urban/destination fee being applied once “per stay” (it was included in our booking) but when we were at the hotel they claimed it needs to be applied “daily” so they charged us extra $ for that. Advice to management to fix this so there’s no misinformation on B.com causing confusion and frustration to the guests like us.
