Loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet costs are steep, but you are downtown Los Angeles.

Liked: The staff, the room and the restaurant.
Disliked: The faucet in the bathroom. It is too short and water goes all over the counter.

Close to concert venue (Club Nokia). Clean and comfortable. Courteous and helpful staff. Parking is a bit weird, but i guess that's normal for LA.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being a StarWood Preferred Member also got us on the top 3 floors and 4 pillows on each bed! The TV screen did not work but the maintenance crew was there in 10 minutes to check it and when we told him we didn't really care and were there for a concert, he said they would replace it when we left. Also was given free parking by the desk and that was worth $28. All in all a great deal for the price - would stay here again.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, location was good and centric, valet parking service was awesome, cleanliness was good.
Disliked: Homeless around the area not really the hotels fault but maybe partner up with the city as we tried to go walk at night but did not feel 100% safe.
