The hotel was great. Great location. Amazing, helpful, and joyful staff. The room was phenomenal. The beds super comfortable.

I did not expect the hotel room to smell like mold or it had a dingy smell. It might have been because of the rain but it was not pleasant. Also for the price I am surprised a refrigerator was not in the room. Last, the service at the bar/lounge was very rude. The gentleman who attended to us was very unprofessional, rolling his eyes, speaking under his breath and he was very grumpy. But at the end one young lady that brought us room service was very polite and sweet.

Liked: The property was conveniently located to the event we were attending.
Disliked: They were doing construction on the location at the end we were staying in. Not that I didn’t like the property, parking was just inconvenient and a couple of other things. But overall it was nice.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and pretty. The staff was friendly and let me change rooms to a better view.
Disliked: They double charged me. I paid booking.com then Sheraton charged me again. I’ve had to call twice and the email sent isn’t processing the information. So now I have to go to the bank and prove the transaction to them.
