Outdated hotel, needs upgrades

Liked: It was close to the location of my conference. 6minutes away
Disliked: They charged my card twice while there for the original amount and then $1198.00 and said it was nothing they could do about it. Brian, Jason (manager) and Jack I believe his name is in a chair neither helped the situation. Ice machines didn’t work. Middle elevator had guest stuck on it first night arrived. Guest complaining at front desk every time I went down. 2 bottles of water was $18🤔.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: When I checked in they said they could see my reservation but that they couldn’t check me in because they couldn’t fully see my reservation so I waited 20 minutes for them to be able to check me in and find my information on their system
