Very poor customer service from the booking.com and the hotel.

Disliked: Arrived at the hotel late in the evening after a long flight from London. The hotel was shut because of a fire they had a few months ago. Neither Booking.com or the hotel had informed us of this.

Liked: i wouldn’t know since the hotel is shut down
Disliked: The property was literally shut down when we arrived. Booking did not cancel the reservation and we had to look for accommodation at 1am.
