I expected a bit more from the Sheraton being that it's a higher end hotel. I will not stay in that hotel again and I will not recommend it to my colleagues, friends or family. Customer service makes the difference and Sheraton staff lack training, possibly motivation, to give good satisfying customer service.

Liked: Nice hotel; awesome climate control.
Disliked: Staff lack good customer service. Did not feel welcomed. Only one staff member greeted us good morning throughout our stay.

Liked: Friendly staff at the front desk
Disliked: For coffee in the morning the lady at the bar was rude. I asked for natural sugar and she ignored me. I run a 45 million dollar business and I would never tolerate my team to treat customers in that way.

Disliked: Hotel is run down and outdated. Staff was horrible. Disrespectful, uncaring, unhelpful starting with the GM to managers down to the front desk staff with the exception of very few. Housekeepers are arrogant, ignore Do Not Disturb and argue in Spanish.

Disliked: It's in desperate need of remodeling!!Carpets dirty. Air conditioning doesn't work room stayed at 75 no matter what we did. TV in room didn't work . Told is was because of weather, but TV in lobby working just fine. Also worked fine in the hotel we moved to.
