Liked: That the Manager was so prompt about fixing the issue in the bathroom...very kind...
Disliked: The Room and the Tub... needs a Deep Cleaning.....just very Nasty tub and shower curtain...also had a bad smell...ended up paying for a room that we used as a storage of our belongings while we attended an event ..My husband and I did not stay the night...we left around 2:00 am and drove 1.5 hours to our home....Our Clean Place,!!!!..... Suggestions...Find A House keeper that Cleans....

Disliked: Nothing worked, the light switches do not work the heat did not work the microwave did not work and it was dirty with trash inside of it the man came and bent wires in the heat and it still wouldn't work so he moved us to another room that was infested with bed bugs and promised he was going to refund and instead he did not and we provided him with one of the bed bugs we found and photos

Disliked: It was very dirty the rooms was unsafe first room they give us heat didn't work second room we couldn't open the door 3 room was dirty the bathroom floor was unsafe I was worried every time I had to use the bathroom it was going to fell in the toilet was coming up off the floor the floor was falling in the cold water in the shower had a hard time getting it to work alot of soft spots in the room floor

Liked: The location was great. We were there for a funeral, so the location was very convenient.
Disliked: The lobby was dark and closed. You had to use a night window during all hours. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the tub was dirty. The room wasn't clean,and most of the outlets didn't work. The write-up stated that there was an iron in every room. There wasn't. I had to go back to the night window and ask for an iron and more pillows. The iron I was given didn't even work. We had to wear wrinkled clothes to the funeral.We couldn't get out of the reservation due to a non refundable policy. There was also a $20 cash only deposit, which was returned upon checkout. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.
