Liked: Peace and quiet. Feeling like you're there without any chance of interruption.
Disliked: Internet connection. To be fair, it's in the mountains or elevation. So that's a very difficult question to answer.

Good, relaxing with family

Liked: Ther was no breakfast included.. despite of paying so much for stay all the attractions had separate tickets for an additional cost.. then what’s the point of having everything under one roof.. otherwise the place was good and quiet to relax with family and the pool and hot tub was the best part… the animal show was great!!

Great family place and staff

Liked: We loved all of the amenities. Your staff at the front specifically Von was the best. We had a couple small issues while checking in and getting locked out of our room later on and Von was there to quickly help with everything. Great worker you have! This gentleman helped us with multiple times and didn't outstanding job coming our nerves and getting the problem fixed quickly.
Disliked: Checking in was dicey. After traveling almost 3 hours to get there I was flooded with anxiety thinking that we couldn't get our reservation we made on booking.com and paid for half of. We were locked out of our room at one point also. These were the only small inconveniences we had. Von at the front counter was the man an awesome worker. He made it his mission to help us and did it so quickly and kindly. We appreciate him on this trip.

Liked: I loved the suite! I liked the pool and hot tub but because of a 4-5 hour power outage I couldn’t enjoy them to the fullest. Also, at check in they didn’t even have my reservation!
