Disliked: Bed needs to be replaced because of a shallow grave on both sides of bed. Housekeeping never attended our room the first day. I had to carry my dirty towels way down the hallway to find a housekeeper cart and trade out for clean towels, tissue. Had to chase down two different people to get a light bulb replaced that was missing next to the bed. The phone has no directory to call the front desk, housekeeping, or anything. On the second day we had to throw our dirty towels into the hallway to have our room attended. Not happy about this place and not returning again.

My room was dirty. Everything...

Liked: The property was nice.
Disliked: My room was dirty! Like really dirty! Sheets, blankets, pillow cases was dirty ALL OF THEM! From makeup stains to dried up cream liquids on the blankets. No fitted sheet on the bed. Just a flat sheet. Totally no acceptable for such a nice place.
