Liked: It was quiet, I kept a comfortable room temperature without adjusting the heater.
Disliked: There was no ramp in the back to get the luggage cart up on the sidewalk. The room was smaller than most. The check and checkout went quickly, but both clerks were a little grumpy.

Liked: At 1:00 am I laid in bed and saw a bed bug crawling on me and I had bites. The night time desk clerk did not care. She said she was surprised i never had saw a bed bug before & did not care if i was leaving. I called that morning about 8am and the lady a different one answered and was very polite to me . Took care of the situation and refunded half my $.

Disliked: Staff was asleep when breakfast was supposed to be open was eating while fixing the food at 730 then wanted us to checkout by 10 am

Disliked: Bathroom fan was very noisy bathroom was very small hard to move around and change within the bathroom for privacy

Liked: The room was huge and the pillows were amazing and it seemed like we were away from everyone else so it was really quiet. We didn't use the pool but it was very nice
Disliked: The room only had 2 big towels, which doesn't work cause we had a Jacuzzi in our room and also wanted to take showers and there was 2 of us so we had to reuse wet towels whenever we got out of the Jacuzzi cause we didn't wanna get dressed and go to get more at the time. Our Jacuzzi in the picture was more triangular and looked bigger for two people, ours was a bit cramped as it was only like a tub. There also isn't a light above the Jacuzzi so kind of sat there in the dark with each other which was weird. The breakfast was ok, it has a waffle station, cereal and some fruit and yogurt, plus coffee, juice and a gallon of milk, but would rather it be in a machine like the juices, so it's less germs and u never know who would come along and just drink out of it like an animal. The hotel barely had any guests that night but yet I had to go ask for more plastic ware and paper towels in the breakfast area. It wasn't even 11 and the housekeeper comes and wants us out of there...she could've looked and seen that we hadn't checked out yet, but we were gathering our stuff as she came.
