For the most part really...

Liked: Pool. Hot tub. Bar. Breakfast.
Disliked: Bar food was I believe forgotten to be ordered by the waitress. When it finally came it was wrong and sent back. Then the replacement was some weird chicken nuggets not boneless wings.

Disliked: The layout of the building is beyond confusing. I didnt dare leave my room without the map provided. I've been to other spas / hotels. When leaving the spa you're usually able to take a robe with you to your room. Not the case here. I had to walk back to my room soaking wet. Most hotels will check to see if you need anything on multiple night stays , found out this is not the case at the senator. You need to request a turn down. Only one roll of toilet paper in the room for a multiple night stay . Took a half hour to get another one from the front desk. Some exit doors did not work. Ice machine closet to the room did not work. Was there during a snow storm and although I'm sure it's difficult to maintain this property, the stairs agasent to my room were only cleared once MAYBE twice. Attempting to get to my vehicle was a serious safety risk. Into my second night stay I noticed a part of my body that was itching. When I looked I had MASSIVE welts that took 3 days to clear up. I was also unable to book any spa service. I could of have the same experience at a motel 6 for way less.

Liked: The pool area is nice. It opens early which is a plus.
Disliked: Our room wasn't cleaned very well. There was half eaten food, an empty gatorade bottle, and a hair clip on the stand beside the bed. The halls reaked of marijuana, My family has asthma so this made it difficult to enjoy. We told the front desk about it, and they didn't offer any discount, or anything to make it better.

Disliked: Breakfast is no longer included We were locked out of room in the rain because the batteries had died in the key slot. Housekeeping and maintenance were unable to get the hard key to work either. We had left in the morning for a basketball tournament and came back to pack up and leave. Maintenance decided to fix the door while we were trying to pack . I had to stay in the bathroom with our dog so she wouldn't run off. We had already put her crate in the car so it was very inconvenient. We had booked a pet friendly king room with separate living room for our 9 year old son to have his own t.v. when we got there we had been changed to the pet friendly room which was only 1 room with additional t.v. in the bathroom. My son needed a bath before bed the last night we were there only to find out that the whole wing had lost hot water. Needless to say we have stayed here a handful of times & never have had so many things go wrong.
