Looking for a room with 2 queen beds, little did I know I was getting a 2 bedroom apartment! Yes, a little rough around the edges, but that being said, clean bedding, friendly staff and good price. Stay again? You bet!

This was not your "high end" hotel, but I needed something close to the university. The rooms were clean, bedding clean, staff friendly, breakfast GREAT, and affordable - what more do you need? I will stay again!

When arrived to sign in was told they did not receive my reservation. I gave them the paper work. They had lots of rooms so no problem to stay there but the reservation was of no use if they did not receive it.

Not being made of money, I was very unhappy when I realized I was charged twice. I called the hotel when I was at a gas station and she said I wasn't charged twice. One was an authorize charge and then the other one was the actual charge. Luckily, I had some spare cash in my wallet to get my family back home which is an over 4 hour drive. I have had to travel to Seattle a couple different times for my daughter's doctor appointments and I don't recall being charged twice. That is why I am unhappy with my last stay. Yes, once the the actual charge cleared my bank, the authorize charge got dropped so that money was available, but that is not the point. We are a working family on a tight budget and that was a lot of unneeded stress.
