Fair but they need to...

Liked: I liked the location n that there were lot of places within near reach like the beach
Disliked: Was given wrong room not according to my booking kept on getting locked out cause the keys wouldn’t workThe pool was only on one property where I wasn’t located the office moved and had to walk to search for the exact location

Bad experience, I don't recommend...

Liked: Location, near the beach.
Disliked: Cleaning is a disaster. Tufts of hair scattered on the floor, bathtub and bed. The trousseau was all yellowed with pee and clearly had not been changed. Pillowcases with the smell of sweat and stains, in addition to the toilet being uncleaned, with urine.

Disliked: Pictures don't reflect the rooms! The guy at reception was very abrupt and not the most friendly, had an attitude and didn't want to actually help you.
