Mostly pleasant

Liked: The staff is super friendly and helpfulThe Grill was excellent - food and serviceRooms are spacious
Disliked: The beds are the worst we have ever had. They were so high off the ground it's hard to get in the if you are short. Also the pillows were horrible. Maybe you could put a few extra ones in that are different and not all the same. Also not having a fitted sheet on the bottom doesn't work very well if you are a restless sleeper. Just some thoughts.

Liked: Nice room for a good price. Golf course and restaurant are very nice
Disliked: The neighbors in the nearby room were very loud. Wish the balcony area was more private

Management was on top of...

Liked: Location, hot tub and patio area, size of the room and patio outside of room. Once we learned there was a shower room with towels for the hot tub area that was nice.
Disliked: The interior of the room was less desirable. The sink was cracked without a drain plug. Bathroom door would not stay open and the wallpaper was hanging off. The maid service was not acceptable; asked for our room to be turned and had to ask management to have her come back and vacuum, make up the bed. It would have been nice to of had robes to walk to and from hot tub. And had been let known that there was a shower room in the hot tub area.
