Liked: Staff was friendly but could of provided better service when toilet flooded, instead of “ oh it happened again”, I checked out of room early. Has a service that provides transportation to cruise terminal. The service itself was good, friendly and for got us there and back. Vehicles themselves need fixing up, door sides panels broken and sitting on floor board.
Disliked: Property run down, can see thru cracks in door, potential mold on ceiling, toilet flooded.

Convenient for the cruise terminal...

Liked: Staff was friendly. Convenient to cruise terminal port.
Disliked: Night manager was friendly but failed to tell us to sign up for the cruise shuttle which caused a delay in getting a shuttle the next morning. Morning manager was helpful in getting it done for us. Night manager did not tell us about the breakfast available so we went out for breakfast. Only found out about it when we got back and the morning manger told us about it. Room had several light bulbs burned out. Carpet was worn.
