Overall disappointed!

Liked: Location was great for my need. Good covered parking available. A choice of food places all within the building so no need to drive around if one doesn't want to do so.
Disliked: While we had a large room the bathroom was smaller than what we usually have on a cruise ship. No place to hang up your towel -- NONE! The toilet was so close to the small vanity that it rubbed your side as you sat down and you had to twist like a pretzel to get some paper to wipe. I don't ever recall a smaller bathroom in all our travels and no place to hang a towel.

Not worth what we paid....

Liked: Ease of getting to. Have stayed here twice before.
Disliked: Impossible to make reservation with front desk. Tried multiple times without success. Had to go through third party, which I knew would jack the price up, and it did. Your employees need lessons on being nice to those that speak to them, trying to be nice to them. Sour, sour attitudes. I had a couple thousand employees, and would have fired them with the attitudes yours have.
