Liked: The location of all we needed as sleeping, concert, restaurant and shopping was great. Most staff was friendly.
Disliked: We stayed in 624 in South Tower, room 622 was rude, very loud arguing at215-315am &also 8am-845am,I called front desk and got no answer and young girl smuggly said I didnot- maybe room phone is broke too! Older lady tried to help but young girl cared less

Liked: There was a lot to do just at the hotel which made for a restful day without having to go out in town.
Disliked: It would have been nice if coffee was available in the lobby without having to walk to the food court in the morning. They did have a coffee pod in the room but the coffee was not good.
