The issues I articulated up...
Liked: This was a decent hotel. It's nicely carpeted; there's a thermostat which controls the temperature, and a robust air conditioner. There's an ATM on site and the hotel itself is attached to a Denny's restaurant. The beds are quite comfortable; the room is fairly spacious.
Disliked: There were a few glaring issues: for one, on the morning of my checkout, the hot water in the shower felt less-than-hot. It was more like a lukewarm shower. Moderately warm water at best. I'm not sure why this happened (perhaps everyone at the hotel was showering at the same time that morning), but when I went to the front desk to mention this, I was offered a rather dispirited/robotic apology by the lady at the front desk. She also said that I should have called the front desk when this happened, and that they would've sent a maintenance team to address the shower's water temperature. I explained that I couldn't call because it was nearly time for me to check out and I obviously could not sit in my room and wait for a maintenance team to arrive when I was due to check-out and prepare to head back to the airport? She then said that she could give me $20 off on my total bill. I found that to be a rather vacuous remedy, and I declined her offer. The other issue was with housekeeping: it seems that they offer a minimal housekeeping service -- they change the sheets, I suppose they vacuum, and they replenish the towels in the bathroom. However, they don't pick up coffee cups unless they're placed in the room's blue bin. I understand that they're not expected to do that, but I had to remove a few of my coffee cups myself (a minor inconvenience I suppose, but it's helpful if housekeeping can lend a bigger hand -- not all coffee cups can be placed conveniently in the small blue bin provided in the room). The final issue had to do with the room access cards: I was given two cards upon check-in. When I got to my room, one of the cards did not work, and I had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. The lady behind the desk (the same individual who I dealt with at check-out), she reactivated the card but she did not even offer me an apology for my having to go back down to the front desk just to get my card properly activated.

Liked: Location was good, two restaurants on site, gym was really good, front desk staff was very friendly

Liked: The location was great, nice staff and quiet area. We loved the stay.
Disliked: Small TV, no light in one of the lamps (in the living area) shower faucet kinda too slow, and the toilet was always running till we move the tab. Other then all this,
