Great location, restaurant options and...

Liked: I realize you have two restaurants attached but something like muffins and coffee available in the morning would be nice.
Disliked: We needed a room close to a door for my husband post surgery. We were kindly put in a wheelchair accessible room. The location worked. Just very noisy with mechanical room, elevator and conference people in the front entry all outside the door. Maybe an accessible room one floor up would have been better? But all in all it worked for us.

The stay was fine but...

Liked: The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The room could use updating. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Nice. But a few things...

Liked: Very quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Our shower was not clean. There was hair on the walls from a previous guest. Also, there really needs to be better lighting and more counter space in the bathroom.

Decent

Liked: The location is a huge plus as it is close to a lot of grocery stores, restaurants that you can just walk to.
Disliked: They gave us the smallest room they have and I asked to be moved to a different one, which they did, however there were some damaged stuff in the room and very outdated room I would say.
