First off I booked it through ConcertHotels and it said $69 plus taxes. Came out to $77.92. I showed my girlfriend and booked it. The price was right there on the screen while I put in the credit card info. When we arrived they told me it was 100 bucks. Then parking was 25 bucks. Although they never told me that until morning. It was dirty. Disgusting towels and garbage on the floor. I had to check the mattress for bed bugs. I have pictures but most likely can't put them up. Oh and it was under construction and had no hot water until 5 pm. Also pool and hot tub were unavailable. So nothing worked, it was gross and I was overcharged. I will be staying at the Delta from now on - same price and they treat you great. It's clean and parking is cheaper.

Liked: The only good thing that was good is that we were close to venue.
Disliked: Rip off; disgusting, cheap hotel.

Exceptional

It was nice but noisey.

Liked: The room was well appointed and fairly clean.
Disliked: There was music blasting late into the night that sounded like it was coming from the elevator shaft and again by 9am. The windows are thin so outside sounds were loud as well even on the 8th floor.

Liked: The location was very central for walking and adjoining restaurant was very good

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, I didn't want to get up! The room was nice and clean and check in/check out was easy.
Disliked: There was only one bathrobe in the room and the shampoo/conditioner provided was only enough for one person.

Passable

Disliked: Entrance to the room was deep inside a narrow passage. Which eventually gave us a feel that we are isolated
