Took 15 year old grandson to Zelda Symphony and decided to stay the night in San Jose - room was on the 22nd floor, and service was great. Across from the Symphony venue; excellent restaurant (high priced but worth it); Tech & Art Museum; Christmas in the Park. Great location downtown.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great room, and location.

Liked: I liked everything it was berry clean and organize and love that their was something for everyone .
Disliked: ice machine did that work on the 23 floor and when i call couple of day for our room i made changes so we would not have problem our cards where looked out of our room I have to go down and get new ones by they we were really tired and and did not know what was happing to our keys but even with this in canines they were really nice and help me but this was something I talked about that i did not wanted to happed in our stay because I knew that we were going to be tired .
