Disliked: Worn out carpet in tired bedroom. Guests mainly put into down at heel rooms on 6th floor. Stale cigarette smoke pervades 1st floor Limited dining options Expensive beverages

Disliked: - Older needs to be remodeled, looks like my grandmothers 1980s living room - Beds need to be softer - Lighting in rooms is dingy needs to be brighter

Disliked: After spending resort prices for our room, I did not like being charged an additional "resort" fee. Granted the fee was only $10.35.... it was unnecessary. When I inquired, the fee was for pool, spa and TV. None of which did we use. Ridiculous.

Disliked: Yes the carpets was sticky... Smelled like they smoked a blunt in the elevator .the room was dated. ROCK HARD BED! I ITCHED ALL NIGHT. BUT THAT CARPET I CANT GET OVER THAT MOIST STICKY NASTY CARPET.

Disliked: The hotel was very cold. You should not have to wear coats and carry blankets in a hotel! And 16.00 resort fee? lol 70.00 taxes! Never again!

Liked: It was a room to get out of the ice storm. Better than freezing in a car.
Disliked: The halls on floor we were on smelled like urine. Elevator too.

Liked: The staff members were friendly and professional it was a nice clean atmosphere very quiet room was clean and arranged well

Disliked: The room looks outdated with no microwave or refrigerator..This casino offers no water in the room for coffee..The vending machine water cost 3.10 just for water..It's a 7$ ATM fee too get money out the ATM..Slots is so tight which make it hard to win!!!
