This Spa hotel disappointed us,...

Liked: Waterfalls
Disliked: - Water in our “hot tub” was barely warm, the technician could not fix it. - Bed Mattress was not good at all;- We couldn’t have a breakfast in the restaurant (the told us to wait 45-60 mins), which is nonsense as usually the residents are in priority to be served.

Great way to celebrate Anniversary!

Liked: The room was excellent over looking the falls!! 53rd Anniversary dinner was excellent in private room!! Wait staff very helpful and service was excellent! We also spent an hour in the spa/hot tub, which was great !
Disliked: Nothing not to like!!
