Liked: Staff is very friendly. Location is perfect being right next to the Parliament Building and the Inner Harbor. Room had everything that I needed. Looking forward to staying again!

Very comfy and budget-friendly hotel...

Liked: Suites were comfy and equipped with every thing you may need, the coffee machine was certainly a bonus for me. Location was excellent where it was in a walking distance to BC museum, Inner harbor, Fisherman’s Wharf, etc.

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious...

Liked: The location is perfect - very close to the centre of the city and right next to the parliament buildings. Very easy to walk to all the main attractions, shopping areas and restaurants. We were upgraded to a studio suite from a guest room for free. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a small, well equipped kitchen including full size stove and fridge/freezer. The games room had pool and shuffleboard. And there were lots of jigsaw puzzles, books and dvds if it was raining.
Disliked: The pool is in the basement so was a little dark. No chess set in the games room.

Disliked: Suite smelt of stale cooking oil. Old, tired furniture. Very uncomfortable bed. Not able to regulate heat/ or air in suite.

Liked: Staff was super friendly. Location was very convenient. I've never seen a cleaner hotel pool. Hotel was very quiet at night too.
