Great location, safe place to...

Liked: Love the location, so many amazing little shops, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean area, not a piece of trash or even a cigarette butt to be found. Comfy beds, staff is nice, I went to a concert nearby, will definitely stay here again for the bakeries and shops alone.
Disliked: Parking can be tough, free parking on site, but you have to really pack them in since more rooms than spots. But plenty of street parking.

Disliked: I booked a double queen but on check-in the door wasn’t working (broken card reader).After changing the cards 3x we got another room, but this was only a single queen room. Because no toilet was available for 30mins my 70yr old father wet his pants. Hotel didn’t want to compensate in any way for the troubles caused by their delay. Not even wash his pants. Service and room were not up to the minimum required standard. Guy at front desk asked his manager what to do but nothing was offered. We left very disappointed.

Liked: I give this place high ratings for value, and for us, great location. It’s kind of bare bones, but very clean, and close to family we were visiting.Fun neighborhood to walk in with Chinatown shops, restaurants and bakeries, and parking!
