Disliked: I booked the t through booking without reading the reviews first. Read that it had bedbugs from multiple people people who stayed there recently. Phoned booking customer support minutes after booking to ask for a refund. They phone the property and the owner wouldn’t give me one. I ended up just not going there as I wasn’t going to stay there knowing they had bedbugs. I sure hope booking removes their property from their app now that they are aware that the property has bedbugs.
