EXTREMELY RUDE morning/day frnt dsk/res. staff&MGMT. Rms are good sz but lacking& bare,web pics misleading,behind cam very institutional/plain/dingy looking. Exposed pipes in rm, chlorine smell throughout. And only 1 working elevator! Horrible stay!!

My 11 year old's first stay in NYC was a huge success mostly due to the Room Mate Grace! The pool was open late (and there even WAS a pool for such a good room price!!) The decor was really cool! The staff was AMAZING!! They gave us an upgrade just so my daughter could enjoy a COOL PLATFORM BED...and they comped us a couple of Shirley Temples at the swim up bar! Ask for David...he was so helpful!! Not one complaint here! Close to Times Square and our play...can't wait to come back!
