Double charged

Liked: The rooms were really nice and clean. Newly renovated motel. My complaint isn't about the rooms.
Disliked: The hotel charged us double. After more than a week of emailing back and forth, they stopped replying on my emails. I delivered them proof that we paid twice, and they don't even look at the bank statements and keep saying that my creditcard was invalid and that I didn't pay the first time. It is about a lot of money, so I'm deeply frustrated about this. Hope this get their attention and that they are willing to keep looking for a solution, because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Fantastic modern inn

Liked: The room was well-equipped and modern. Everything was clean and the decor was minimalistic but very charming. The personnel were helpful and we had no problems checking in or our. We actually liked it so much we stayed one more night.The town of Sonora is idyllic and there's plenty of shops and some shorter outdoor trails for those into hiking.
