Disliked: They charged us a (surprise) 100 dollar deposit to be returned in 3-7 business days. Still nothing So they rip people off. What can we do? Does booking.com care when they list these properties? I am beginning to think NO.

Heartbreaking. How is it that...

Liked: I was able to book this room at the last minute and it was near to the workshop I was attending.
Disliked: I accidentally left my phone charger in my room and did not realize it until I was driving back to Tucson. This would just be an inconvenience, but it is the charger my son used and he passed away in 2022. I treasure it. I called the front desk so many times over the past 3 days and not once was it answered. I called customer service and opened a case but nobody was able to help me contact the property to see if my charger had been turned in.

Liked: very close to downtown scottsdale, shopping etc
Disliked: Very dirty. garabage in cabinets. room door was malfunctioning. needed paint YEARS ago. This establishment was NOT A 2.5 STAR hotel

Disliked: Was unable to reach anyone on the listed number and was unsure were to even check in due to the only door that looked like an office was locked and didn't have to much information as what to do on being able to check in once there.
