This was by far the worst motel I've ever been in in my life. It is the true definition of a "roach motel". Thank God there weren't actual roaches, just other bugs flying around - probably because they leave the door wide open with no screen all day long before you arrive. The room was filthy beyond belief. Even the slip mat in the tub was 1/2 torn apart. No trash can; no ashtray in our smoking room; the TV didn't work; stains everywhere and smelled funny too. It was truly disgusting. I swear I was about to go sleep in the car instead because I was afraid to touch the bed. I used towels as a blanket because the sheets and blanket were so filthy. I didn't even want to complain to the manager because of his rudeness and the fact that he very obviously did not give one bit of care about the customers. It made me realize it wasn't worth my blood pressure rising to get nowhere with ignorant management. He didn't even tell me what room I was in when I checked in, let alone a "have a nice stay" or anything - that would have been quite a stretch. Never ever again in my life will I stay in this filthy place. You're better off saving the money and sleeping outside - it's cleaner!
