The floors are very squeeky. If you have a first floor room, forget it. You may be up all night, and early in the morning. We got a smoking room because there was no way to ask for a non smoking room. It reeked! Luckily, they had one room available that was non-smoking. The worst parking structure in the history of mankind! I can't even imagine that it met any kind of code. Dangerous to your car's health, as was evident by all the paint on the concrete walls, and chipped concrete at the turn at the bottom....if you make it that far!

Liked: Really nice front desk staff, which surprised me.We got a big room, with two king beds in adjoining rooms. The biggest in the hotel.They had a large parking spot behind the hotel in an alleyway that was able to accommodate our truck. It was a huge relief because the underground parking garage entrance was really tight and looked impassable to all but the smallest vehicles. They also have about 5-6 spots in a small semi-shared lot behind the hotel.Staff was willing to hold our bags behind the front desk for many hours on the day we checked out. I'm not sure how safe the items really were, but it was a nice convenience.Short Uber ride to the attractions that brought us to this part of LA.
Disliked: Lots of street noise. Our room was facing the main street across from CBS studios.Facilities were pretty run down. Booking.com said our room had an "in-room hot tub" which seemed amazing, but really it was just a regular shower / bathtub and not even a nice one.Lots of sketchy people in and around the hotel. People that are twitchy and seem like itinerants and drug addicts. When we went to get our suitcases (the ones held behind the front desk after check-out), the dude who was checking in immediately stole a bunch of the products in the lobby as soon as the staff lady turned away. I don't fully blame him, because the prices on those items was super high.

Disliked: There’s nothing I don’t like about the property. The parking is pretty tough though very tight.

Disliked: Breakfast was super limited, only waffles and coffee were available. Cleaning service had to be booked early in the morning or they don't do your room at all
