It was a good experience.

Liked: Clean and convenience, the bed is comfortable. But I didn't eat breakfast.
Disliked: The outside door was broken, and no one was repairing it. The room and furniture are relatively old. But the price of this hotel is cheap, so I can't be picky.

Liked: For an older property, the room was large and up to date. Very clean! Great location as it was only a couple of miles from Busch Gardens (why we were there) and not far from restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, shopping, etc. Beds were pretty comfortable. Shower had hot water, which is always a plus, especially for an older property.
Disliked: They say they have continental breakfast, but when we went our first morning, there were only some mini muffins, coffee, juice, and milk. Not exactly what we were hoping for. However, there is a McDonald's just down the road if you want something quick and cheap, or go next door to an excellent pancake house.

Liked: Went to have breakfast at the colonial pancake house since its right next to the hotel
Disliked: Wonderful staff altogether

Liked: Location was excellent. Most of the staff was great.It had what we needed. My grands really liked the lobby.I didn't have to do stairs. Room was clean. It didn't smell.
Disliked: The waffles we saw on the internet for breakfast weren't there. It was a bare bones breakfast. We would have liked to see it closer to what we saw on the internet. Breakfast doesn't start till 8.
